Procedures

Breast augmentation-

Larger, more symmetrical, and shapelier breasts can be attained through breast augmentation. "Augmentation mammoplasty" allows Dr. Wilcox to enlarge his patients' breasts to their desired sizes.

Breast reduction-

When breasts are too large, they may cause physical and emotional pain. This discomfort can be alleviated with "reduction mammoplasty," or breast reduction surgery. Dr. Wilcox is also a gynecomastia specialist who performs male breast reduction.

Breast lift surgery-

Patients with sagging breasts might consider having a "mastopexy," or breast lift, performed by a Plano plastic surgeon. This type of surgery repositions breasts to a higher, more youthful-looking appearance.
