There are many reasons why I enjoy being a patient coordinator at the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. One of my strongest attributes is the ability to develop a strong rapport with each and every patient. I take great pride in knowing that each of my patients makes a very well informed decision about their surgical needs, while creating a discreet and comfortable atmosphere. I provide an individual and personalized approach to each and every patient, as everyone's needs are different. I make a special effort and take all the necessary time to discuss with each patient what they can expect from their entire experience at the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. Because the decision to have plastic surgery is filled with many questions and fears, I make sure to make myself available to discuss their concerns. It is very important to me that each patient feels totally at ease and relaxed from their initial consultation visit all the way through to their final appointment.

As a surgery coordinator, I am dedicated to ensuring each patient is fully informed. By listening closely to each patient’s goals and expectations I assist them in making knowledgeable decisions as well as understanding the steps in the plastic surgery process. My goal is to guide each patient from the initial consultation, preoperative planning, the surgery itself, and the recovery period. Because each patient is unique, I tailor each patient appointment to spend whatever amount of time is required to make certain the patient’s questions and concerns are addressed. In addition, I make sure each patient understands I am always available to them by phone or by e-mail to address any needs that may arise.

As a state licensed Registered Nurse Aesthetician, Trudi is able to create a medically based treatment plan to approach the individual skin care needs of each patient.
