Monika Marshall - Patient Coordinator
There are many reasons why I enjoy being a patient coordinator at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. One of my strongest attributes is the ability to develop a strong rapport with each and every patient. I take great pride in knowing that each of my patients makes a very well informed decision about their surgical needs, while creating a discreet and comfortable atmosphere. I provide an individual and personalized approach to each and every patient, as everyone's needs are different. I make a special effort and take all the necessary time to discuss with each patient what they can expect from their entire experience at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. Because the decision to have plastic surgery is filled with many questions and fears, I make sure to make myself available to discuss their concerns. It is very important to me that each patient feels totally at ease and relaxed from their initial consultation visit all the way through to their final appointment.
Davinna Real - Patient Coordinator
As a patient coordinator, my goal is to give each and every patient the level of care I would want if I were the patient. I strive to guide each person through the entire plastic surgery process by providing them with information on each step from the initial consultation, the preoperative phase, the surgery itself, the recovery and their final results. I treat each patient with honesty and respect and endeavor to establish a trusting relationship.
I am available to each patient throughout their entire experience at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas whether it be answering questions or just providing an open ear for the patient to express their feelings and concerns.

Melissa Saylor - Medical Aesthetician, LSO
Melissa Saylor, Medical Aesthetician and Laser Certified Technician, has over 18 years of experience and advanced education in the Health and Beauty industry. Melissa received her education in the Los Angeles. She has intensely trained with the estheticians of the European YONKA skin care line. Melissa is a Laser Technician and holds a Laser Safety Officer certification from the National Laser Institute in Dallas.
She has worked side-by-side with some of the most prominent and well respected physicians in the Dallas area for more than 3 years after relocating from California. Melissa has extensive knowledge and experience in the Cosmetic and Plastic surgery arena. Specializing in anti-aging therapies, Melissa succeeds by helping her patients improve and eliminate their skin care concerns.

Melissa is dedicated to advanced education in order to provide the highest level of patient care possible. She believes continued education keeps her and her patients up to date on what's new and what enhances her patients skin. She is compassionate to her patients needs and her commitment to patient care is always of the utmost importance.
Vicki McQueen, RN, BSN
Vicki McQueen, RN, BSN, is a highly trained aesthetic nurse by profession. She specializes in non-surgical treatments to restore and enhance one’s natural beauty.
As a specialist in her field, under the medical directorship of world-renowned plastic surgeon, Robert D. Wilcox, MD, Vicki provides cosmetic consultations and treatments using aesthetic injectables such as Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers and the most innovative technologies in laser procedures.
Graduating from nursing school at Arkansas State University, she has worked in aesthetic medicine since 2005, integrating her artistic talent into her professional career.
She is certified in over six dermal lasers including the newest technology of CO2 Fractional Laser. Extensive injectable filler experience tops the list of procedures she values in her practice.
She has continued her education and training with an array of plastic surgeons across the US. Her passion and understanding for sharing this knowledge with her patients while equipping them with fundamental principles necessary to provide superior outcomes is her uncompromising goal.
With the state of the art technology provided at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas, Vicki is dedicated to administering and implementing personal and safe aesthetic results with an optimal excellent gold standard of care. She believes in creating a refreshed appearance that is believable, comfortable and natural in look. Her artistic eye and attention to detail has been represented on beautiful faces all over the country.
