Monika Marshall - Patient Coordinator
There are many reasons why I enjoy being a patient coordinator at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. One of my strongest attributes is the ability to develop a strong rapport with each and every patient. I take great pride in knowing that each of my patients makes a very well informed decision about their surgical needs, while creating a discreet and comfortable atmosphere. I provide an individual and personalized approach to each and every patient, as everyone's needs are different. I make a special effort and take all the necessary time to discuss with each patient what they can expect from their entire experience at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. Because the decision to have plastic surgery is filled with many questions and fears, I make sure to make myself available to discuss their concerns. It is very important to me that each patient feels totally at ease and relaxed from their initial consultation visit all the way through to their final appointment.
Davinna Real - Patient Coordinator
As a patient coordinator, my goal is to give each and every patient the level of care I would want if I were the patient. I strive to guide each person through the entire plastic surgery process by providing them with information on each step from the initial consultation, the preoperative phase, the surgery itself, the recovery and their final results. I treat each patient with honesty and respect and endeavor to establish a trusting relationship.
I am available to each patient throughout their entire experience at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas whether it be answering questions or just providing an open ear for the patient to express their feelings and concerns.

Pam Kinard - Practice Administrator
Mary Carson - Aesthetician
Mary, a Registered Nurse, joined our Practice in December 2009 and is our new Skin Care Director. Mary brings with her 12 years Cosmetic Dermatology experience, Operating Room and Plastic Surgery experience.
She was the Skin Care Director and Skin Care Specialist for a large dermatology practice in Dallas and has performed thousands of laser treatments and skin care treatments. Mary keeps up with the latest skin care treatments by attending seminars and workshops on a regular basis. She has advanced training certification in laser treatments, fillers, BOTOX® and Dysport.
Mary's knowledge and experience combined with her commitment to listen to the needs of her patients allows her to formulate a personalized plan for optimal patient satisfaction. One of Mary's assets is that she is compassionate and truely wants the best treatment for each of her patients.
Mary has lived in Dallas 28 years, has 2 sons and enjoys dancing, travel and kayaking.
Trudi Davila, R.N., Aesthetician Skin Care Director
To complete each patient's total renewal experience, Trudi Davila offers the knowledge and skills to attain optimum aesthetic results. As a state licensed Registered Nurse Aesthetician, Trudi is able to create a medically based treatment plan to approach the individual skin care needs of each patient.
