Tamoria Ratliff, Skincare Liason
Vicki McQueen, RN, BSN
Vicki McQueen, RN, BSN, is a highly trained aesthetic nurse by profession. She specializes in non-surgical treatments to restore and enhance one’s natural beauty.
As a specialist in her field, under the medical directorship of world-renowned plastic surgeon, Robert D. Wilcox, MD, Vicki provides cosmetic consultations and treatments using aesthetic injectables such as Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers and the most innovative technologies in laser procedures.
Graduating from nursing school at Arkansas State University, she has worked in aesthetic medicine since 2005, integrating her artistic talent into her professional career.
She is certified in trademarked Vampire procedures and over six dermal lasers including the newest technology of CO2 Fractional Laser. Extensive injectable filler experience tops the list of procedures she values in her practice.
She has continued her education and training with an array of plastic surgeons across the US. Her passion and understanding for sharing this knowledge with her patients while equipping them with fundamental principles necessary to provide superior outcomes is her uncompromising goal.With the state of the art technology provided at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas, Vicki is dedicated to administering and implementing personal and safe aesthetic results with an optimal excellent gold standard of care. Kristin Scofield, RN, BSN
Kristin Scofield, RN, BSN is one of the most respected and experienced nurse injectors in Dallas. She was involved in the initial research on Botox® and has worked with injectables for almost two decades. Her areas of expertise include neurotoxins (like Botox®), wrinkle fillers (like Juvederm® & Voluma®) and sclerotherapy for treatment of visible red and blue veins. Kristin understands that each patient is unique and develops treatment plans per patient versus using a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Kristin is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation and science and participates regularly in continuing education to ensure that patients experience the best technology and techniques available.

Buddyanne Stites, LVN
Buddyanne Stites, is a highly trained LVN by profession. She is our Director Of Surgical Services here at our onsite Ambulatory Surgery Center. Her skills include working in both a surgical and non-surgical setting. Her area of expertise is in non-surgical treatments including Dermal Fillers and Toxins to aid in minimizing the aging process. Buddyanne moved to the Mid-Cities area at the age of 5. This is where Buddyanne continues to reside and raise her 2 children Eathan and Ricky. Buddyanne received her professional license in 2003. She then began working in the Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic environment in 2005.
Buddyanne was honored to be offered the opportunity to work side by side with our world-renowned Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Robert D. Wilcox, M.D. in a surgical setting. Her passion in Aesthetics continued to increase. Buddyanne received extensive knowledge and a comprehensive, “on the job” training of the facial anatomy from a surgical stand point. Her passion in preventative and anti-aging was so undeniable to Dr. Wilcox and the staff, that Dr. Wilcox encouraged her to begin aesthetic training. She has now been injecting for over 10 years and is one of our top injectors.
As a specialist working under the medical directorship of world-renowned plastic surgeon, Robert D. Wilcox, MD. Buddyanne provides her patients a detailed, comprehensive evaluation consultation as well as a facial mapping of each individual’s anatomy. Buddyanne will listen to her patients concerns and addresses their concerns as an individual. She will provide her patients with a customized treatment plan specific to their needs. Her treatment specialties include aesthetic injectables such as Botulinum Toxin and dermal fillers. She continues her training to stay knowledgeable in the “up to date” progression of the newest products, technology, and techniques.
Buddyanne is also our Bellafill specialist here at Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. She has had extensive training in injecting Bellafill. Buddyanne can offer a variety of techniques and product application of Bellafill to her patients.
Rebekah Starkey RN, BSN
Rebekah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with her RN-BSN degree in 2016. She began her nursing career in ophthalmology, working alongside general ophthalmic and ophthalmic plastic surgeons.
Rebekah is currently studying to be a Nurse Practitioner and resides in Prosper with her husband, two daughters and maltipoo Oliver.
Rebekah joined our practice as a perioperative nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. Working in the surgical setting, has afforded her the valuable opportunity to learn facial anatomy. She has a passion for correctly placed injectables allowing patients to look natural and refreshed.
Nichole Haley, CPLT Specialist
Nichole is a highly trained CPLT Specialist. She is our lead laser technician at Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas. Nichole brings over 15 years of experience to the team. She is an active member of the ASLMS. Her knowledge of medical aesthetics and plastic surgery allows her to be an informative contribution to our staff. She is a medical aesthetician and professional laser technician.
She has worked as a trainer in the past but prefers to perform treatments on the patients, as she enjoys meeting new people and watching their results blossom.
Nichole is highly trained with the Sciton platform. With her skills, expertise, and accreditations, she is able to offer patients a customized treatment plan. Along with her skills and the Sciton laser technology, Nichole has the ability to treat patients non-surgically for skin dissatisfaction, treats patients following a surgical procedure and can combine laser treatments with a surgical procedure.Here at Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas, we offer one complimentary laser scar treatment to all of our patients that have had a surgical procedure with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons.
Nichole takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns. Her patient care and attention to detail will ensure you get the perfect results every time. She enjoys educating her patients about the anatomy of the skin, including different skin types, skin colors, skin discolorations, skin damage, and medical skin conditions. Nichole also educates her patients on the variety of laser platforms and capabilities that are offered with the state-of-the-art Sciton laser.
